Reflecting on her childhood experiences, Nicole reminisces, “From a young age, I encountered a diverse array of homes with varying architectural styles. Exploring buildings in various stages of construction captivated me. Witnessing my parents transform our modest living spaces into open, airy environments left a lasting impression. I observed my mom renovate a century-old home, turning it into a multi-unit rental. Their strong work ethic has consistently inspired me.”

Before embarking on her real estate journey, Nicole earned a degree in Educational Support from Conestoga College and dedicated her time to working in schools, providing support to students with diverse learning challenges and special needs.
